“The mind can go in a thousand directions, but on this beautiful path, I walk in peace. With each step, a gentle wind blows. With each step, a flower blooms.”
— Thich Nhat Hanh
I'm a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker dedicated to creating a warm and safe environment where you feel seen, heard, and supported. Using an empathetic approach, I help you explore your thoughts and emotions while setting meaningful goals for the changes you want to see in your life.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, relationship concerns, perinatal issues, or parenting struggles — I'm here to walk alongside you. My holistic approach blends talk therapy with evidence-based techniques to help you develop practical coping strategies, boost self-awareness, and overcome obstacles.
Outside of work, I share my life with my husband, our two kids, and two cats. You'll often find me on woodland walks, watching documentaries, listening to true crime podcasts, or cheering at my children's activities.
